In an March 16th interview with LOE's Steve Curwood and Bruce Gellerman, Arjun Makhijani says there's some progress but the situation in Japan is still dangerous.
As the Japanese step-up their evacuation efforts, the Chinese and Europeans are backpedaling on nuclear expansion plans. Arjun Makhijani, President of the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research, says that the U.S. needs a nuclear timeout as well.
